Having physical and mental strength is at the heart and soul of my training and coaching philosophy. In my years of training clients I have learned that these attributes come from deep inside of who we are as a person. They come from our spirits, minds, and bodies.
Developing and maintaining mental and physical strength creates a positive motivational force from within. Being stronger, faster, and healthier can help us become more self-confident and be more able to identify, tackle, and achieve our goals. This positive sense of self is a positive force in all aspects of our lives. It helps us achieve our fitness goals as well as other goals in our lives.
